Are Halo Covers cases compatible with wireless charging? 
Yes! All Halo Covers cases support wireless charging, so you can power up your phone without removing the case.
Are your phone cases MagSafe® compatible? 
Yes. Our Tough cases are available in both MagSafe® compatible and non-compatible versions. Please double-check this option when selecting your case. A MagSafe option is only available for Apple iPhone phone case models.
Do Halo Covers cases cause phone overheating?
Not at all. Halo Covers cases don’t contribute to phone heating. If your phone feels hot, it’s likely due to background apps, charging, or your environment, not the case. 
Is the camera well protected with your cases? 
Yes. All of our cases feature raised bezels around the camera to keep it safely elevated from flat surfaces. 
How protective are your phone cases?
Our Tough cases offer maximum protection with a shock-absorbing inner layer and raised bezels to shield both the screen and camera from impact.
What materials are your phone cases made of?
Dual-layer PC outer shell with soft TPU inner lining for extra protection.
Do you accept returns? Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your Halo Covers purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
